AEROSYS multi-leaf Motorized volume control dampers have been specifically designed for use in ventilation systems for volume, flow and pressure control for medium duty applications. These MVCD dampers are available for square & rectangular shape. The casing is a rigid and robust assembly formed from roll formed GI channel frame for flanged connection to duct work. The blades are made of single skin GI / double skin aero foil shaped AL* / GI. To meet the low leakage factor of Class 2 / Class 3 as per UL555S standards the blade tip seals and SS jamb seals can be provide. Construction of Blade action is as standard parallel but can be optionally opposed action. The dampers can be fitted with electric actuators for operation. MVCDs are designed in such way through which they can handle maximum pressure with minimum pressure drop.
